Ok so here is a new section of tutorials on sitdown tricks, just as Abdullah does on the streets of Holland all the time.
What you first need to understand is that sitdown tricks are VERY different to any other types of freestyle tricks.
It is probably the most difficult discipline of freestyle and the most unique. To perform air moves, you need to be
able to juggle the ball. To perform ground moves, you need to be able to dribble the ball. To perform sitdown
tricks, you just need to know how to perform sitdown tricks. Sitdown juggling just makes it more impressive, makes the
tricks transition more smoothly, and etc.
Sitdown Juggling
Sitdown juggling is, by concept, very simple. However, it is very difficult once you actually try it.
It will take a lot of getting used to at first, but eventually it will come.
On the ground, from a sitting position, you should have your legs stretched out in front of you to start juggling
the ball. At a comfortable length that is. It is good to have your foot stretched all the way out so it's like
as if the foot was a direct extension of the leg, as if the ankle joint didn't even exist. It is very difficult as you
need to hit it up on that sweet spot (middle of the ball, middle of foot) perfectly everytime. In normal standing juggling,
if you don't hit it up perfect you can always move around and retrieve the ball. It is very difficult to do that in
sitdown juggles, almost impossible.

Sitting Cross/htw - It could be argued that it's either cross or htw, or both. But sitting down, since there is no jumping involved,
it's pretty much the same thing. There are definition on what a crossover and htw is in the air tutorials section.
It is just like that except done while sitting.
Atw - Making a revolution around the ball with one leg. Also, making consecutive sitting atw's is a "sitting clock".
Tatw - Same as air tatw but sitting down.
Matw - Same as air matw but sitting down.
Amatw - Same as air amatw but sitting down.
2zani crossing tatw trick - Catch the ball between your feet. Toss the ball up and
catch the ball between your feet with your legs crossed over on top of each other. Toss the ball up again as your legs
go around in a tatw motion.
Bicycle/sole juggles - Lay flat on your back with your legs held in the air. Make a motion with your legs as if you were pedalling a bicycle
and keep the ball up using your soles.
The Jackie Chan Move - Why the name? Because it looks like a crazy martial arts move
and you need to be athletic to do it. One of Nam the Man's trademark tricks. With a hamstring stall while sitting
down, roll back to lie on your back with your ass sticking straight up in the air as well as the ball. Flick the ball
high up in the air with a reverse dislocated knee trick while simultaneously flipping yourself up to a standing position to
head the ball. This is used to transition from a sitting position to a normal standing position.
Abdullah Crossing kick out move - Difficult to describe, but here I go... From a sitdown
juggle, kick the ball up high in the air. Your kicking leg should be over on top of your non-kicking leg, crossed over.
Transition into a position where you are lying flat on your back. While going into a lying down position, cross your
legs over again so you'd have your kicking leg now crossed over and underneath your non-kicking leg. As the ball comes
down, touch it with the sole of your non-kicking leg.
Shin Stall - Simply put, balancing the ball on your shin while you have your leg stretched
out. Have your shin parallel to the ground.
Sitting Headstall - Simply, having the ball balanced on your head while sitting down.
Lying Headstall - Simply, having the ball balanced on your head while lying down.
The Seal - Have the ball on a headstall while laying on the ground in a position which resembles
a seal.
Sole Stall - Stall the ball on the sole of your foot while lying down flat on your back.
